The lens's sensor of the SD14 is a CMOS (Foveon X3) of dimensions 20.7 x 13.8 mm and uses a RGB color filter. The minimum shutter speed on the SD14 is 30 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/4000 seconds. The LCD screen of the SD14 diagonally measures 2.5 ".
